Founded in 1993, throughout 15 years of effort LongSheng has gradually developed from a single plant, Zhejiang Yuhuan into 6 more subsidiaries including Zhejiang Wenling, Zhoushan, Fujian Dongshan, Guangdong Yangjiang and Longsheng Trend Wide Seafood, with USD 6 millions register capital and more than 2,000 employees. In August 2008, same period as Beijing Olympic Games the prideful month of all Chinese Longsheng had successfully launched new plant at Hubei province with new production line of fresh water fish surimi. Hence the total annual productivity will grow up to 34,000 metric tons. Longsheng is now a major surimi manufacturer and supplier in China and continuously diversify its products into frozen fish, frozen crab meat, pasteurized crab meat and many more.

With the certificates of the international standard ISO 22000, each block of Longsheng surimi came from fresh sea fish and manufactured under strict quality control. The products are high whiteness, less impurity point, high gel strength, good taste, sanitation, and environmental friendly. Thus, Longsheng products are highly accepted and have been distributed nationwide in China and exported to Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Russia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and etc.
